Payment & Cancellation Terms

Advance Payment

100% of the session fee is required upfront to secure your booking. Dates will not be held without cleared payment.

Late Cancellation Forfeiture

Booking fees are a commitment to a dedicated block of professional time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will result in 100% forfeiture of the total payment. No refunds or

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule made outside the 12-hour window may be accommodated once per booking, subject to availability.

In-Person Sessions

As Available

In person sessions are dependent on studio and studio personel availability.

Verification

To maintain a secure, professional, and safe working environment for all artists, engineering staff, and guests, Noiserock Treehouse, LLC requires a standard background screening for all clients booking in-person sessions.

Upon initial booking, clients must provide a valid government-issued ID to complete a routine safety verification.

Privacy

All personal data collected for verification is processed securely, kept strictly confidential, and is never shared or sold.

Right of Refusal

The studio reserves the right to cancel any booking or deny access to the physical premises based on the results of the screening to ensure workplace safety.
